Gyronimo LLC is a global company with its head office in the United States, and all contact information is stored in our internal systems hosted in the United States.

 

Gyronimo LLC does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists, names and/or email addresses to any third parties.

Names and in our crew list samples are fictional and any resemblance to person living or dead is purely coincidental. 

 

1. Privacy for website visitors

 

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and Paypal.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

2. Use of Cookies on our website

 

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site.

6. FLEET CONTROL ONLINE DATA BASE

​

If you are a Fleet Control online data base customer or if you wish to test the Fleet Control data base for a trial phase we will ask you to voluntarily supply us with the information we need. For example, we will ask you for information such as company name, pilot/crew names and weights, helicopter or fixed wing call signs, BEW, lateral and longitudinal moments, equipment names and weights.

We will send you a login and password to enter your personal Fleet Control account. The Gyronimo LLC Fleet Control administrator will have access to your given information and login credentials for the purpose of checking the data for correctness and to be able to make changes at the request of the customer. We will keep this information absolutely confidential and will not forward it to any third parties.

 

7. Security

Gyronimo LLC shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user's personal information under our control.

 

8. Children Under Age of 13

​

Gyronimo LLC does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

 

9. Links to Other Web Sites

Our website does contain links to other websites. Gyronimo LLC does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.

 

10. Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement

Gyronimo LLC reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at www.gyronimo.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time Gyronimo LLC decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
